Overview:
Step 1: From the Dashboard click "Reports" on the left menu & select "Agent Performance" from the drop down tab.
Step 2: The Agent Report tracks performance and the results.
Step 3: There is a search option at the top right side to search agents/providers.
Step 4: The columns are as pictured below.
Step 5: The Agent Report keeps track of the providers & users. If providers/agents are given leads it will track performance such as how many leads were closed & the closed revenue as pictured below.
