Can Leads be on Multiple Lists?
Yes leads can be on multiple lists! Depending on the conditions you set for your smart lists and how you segment your static lists, it’s possible to have the same lead on many different lists. It’s important to know that while leads can be on different lists, they will still only take up the space of one lead in your overall lead count.

Deleting a list will not delete the overall number of leads inside. Even after deleting a list, those leads will still be available for you inside of your leads database, but the list itself will be gone.
