When setting up a workflow that triggers an email, there will be two options to set emails to when adding them. “Queue Draft” and “Send Automatically”.

Queue Draft will create a draft email within the “Drafts” section of that automation workflow which can be approved and sent at a later time. This is useful for people who want to verify which emails are sent before they are sent out.

Send Automatically will send an email as soon as a user meets your conditions and will not wait for any verification before doing so.
