Here is a short guide to help you prevent your emails to not get marked as invalid due to your workflows processing too fast for your leads to catch up:

Go to your workflow:



Then click on the "lead property" button and select email as the lead property:



Set the "filter" to exists:



And click save and exit or launch workflow after double checking that everything is as you want it to be.

P.S. If you have multiple conditions you need to add this condition for every "or" condition you have on your workflow.
