Why is there a red number next to Leads?

If there is a red number next to your number of leads in the leads database, that means that you have surpassed your total number of leads on your current plan and you’ll need to upgrade in order to have access to the additional leads. During this time, all of your campaigns will function normally collecting leads, you just won’t be able to export them or trigger newsletters and marketing automation workflows based on the leads exceeding the limit.
