What happens if I go over my lead limit?

If you go over your lead limit your campaigns (including landing pages, forms, popups, CTA, contests and promotions) will continue to run as usual collecting leads, however you simply would not have access to the additional leads above the limit. 

In your lead database your leads would display however there will be a red number of the additional leads in your account, which if you upgrade the account you would then gain access to them. 

For example, say you're on the Basic plan and you have access to 1000 leads. If you collect 1050 leads, you’ll be able to see contact information for 1000 of those leads, but you’ll need to upgrade to a higher tiered plan in order to have access to the additional 50. When this happens, Wishpond will prompt you to upgrade but you will not be required to do so.
